I don't think so. Naomi is great, but Madonna is a pretty heavy name to give a girl.
If you're trying to honor the religious figure, I'd go with Naomi Marie or Naomi Marin.
If you're just looking for something appealing, maybe Naomi Celeste or Naomi Giselle? Both are very pretty, IMHO.

everytime i hear the word madonna i thnk of Madonna the singer who is like 50 but dances and dresses like shes 30. i love Naomi but try another middle name like...

Naomi can be a pleasing name, but i would pair it with a short middle name, no more than one or two syllables. That way her name will have an iambic rhythm, which will feel natural and pleasant to hear.
