For Halloween, my hubby want's to wear a zuit suit and since I like to match him, I need to know what kind of costume I would need for this.

also, we have a two yr. old daughter, so if you know of child versions of this as well I would really appreciate it.

a flapper dress. Its this sleeveless dress above the knees with fringes all over, worn with a round toe shoe and a band around the forehead with a feather on the side and long pearls.

also try vintage dresses because i think the flapper was before the zuit suit era. try sleeveless dresses that gather at the waist with a pettycoat(i mean petticoat!) that is a bit below the knees.this is child friendly and a lot of childrens formal wear is similar to this. i think the zuit suit was worn by swingers and swingers were popular in the 1950's/40's.

A flapper. It would be cute to make your daughter into a tiny flapper too. Maybe a little fancy garter on her leg? You could probably wear a short nightgown or slip for the dress, and could alter a tank top for your daughter's dress. Wear long beads.
