Someone dives into a rock quarry that is full of water? or maybe a resevoir? And is there a scene where the main character is shaving his legs to reduce friction when he bikes and his parents catch him?
I'm trying to figure out if I saw this movie when I was a kid.... I think I may have. If I haven't, anyone know what movie I'm talking about?

To answer your questions....yes, yes, and yes. These are all in the movie and you have seen it. It is a great movie! The main character shaves his legs to supposedly ride faster. He also pretends he has a fake accent to attract a local girl. You can go to www.imdb.com and type in the movie title and see more movie info that might refresh your memory.
