If a business sponsors a student visa ,are they liable if you dont pay your fees ?

Okay thanks for that answer ,this is what im getting at ...im saving the fees and will pay in full but my sponsor will show bank staments or is it just okay if i show bank staments ,the thing is i will only hav enough money for the first year ?

Typically the Sponsor EITHER makes direct payment on behalf of the student OR makes funds available to the student for payment ...

In this case, I assume the Sponsor has made the funds available to the student who then failed to make the Visa payments ..
.. in which case the student is responsible for the payments, not the Sponsor (after all, why would you expect the Sponsor to pay twice ?)


On the other hand, if the Sponsorship contract was one in which the Sponsor agreed to pay all costs direct, and a Visa is needed to complete whatever activity is being sponsored, plainly it is up to the Sponsor to pay for the Visa ..
