We really like the names Christopher or Nicholas if it's a boy
and Katherin if it's a girl. Can you please help with names or middle names to go with these??

Well, if it's a girl you can name her after me
Katherine Antonia or Antonia Katherine. I love my name.
If you go with Christopher, possible uses are: Christopher James, James Christopher, Sean Christopher, Christopher Harrison, Jackson Christopher
With Nicholas: Nicholas Ryan, Anthony Nicholas, Nicholas James, Nicholas David.

Without knowing your last name & other kids' names, it is tough to suggest things that might suit you.
Since your first names are classic, you could use less conventional middle names:

for a girl I don't like Katherin...I like Kaitlin, Chrystal, Sophia, Hailey, Ashley and Sarah. Hailey Sarah it's very beautiful.
