I currently have some mushrooms and some very little polyp patches throughout my tank. And I would like to buy some species of polyps and/or Xenia. Basically add some more corals. But I have Aiptasia in my tank which I'm currently treating with Joe's Juice and I'm concerned if the Joe's Juice will affect the polyps or Xenia?

I can't say I've every tried the Joe's Juice. I use peppermint shrimp to keep Aiptasia under control. It may take them a week or so after you first add them to a tank to start eating them, but after that, you should notice them start to disappear.

You can also use a higher concentration saltwater solution, kaulkwasser (which some saltwater keepers use on a regular basis) and with caution, hydrogen peroxide to inject them - probably any of these are cheaper, and just as effective. Only the Aiptasia should be affected if you inject them, since only they get a concentrated dose - as the anemone dies and shrivels, any expelled should be diluted by the tank water to a point where it's not harmful - still, if I were to go with a chemical means of control, I'd personally use one of the products (salt, kalkwasser) that I add to my tank already.

I have no idea about saltwater, but you can bet that whatever advice Copperhead gives you, it's good advice. Copperhead definitely knows his fish.
