Considering that Ozzy Osbourne and Rob Zombie's music isn't even moshable, it's safe for a 13 year old.

I was close to 25. The concert was Alabama, Kenny Chesney, and Lone Star.
I HATE hard rock, have heard horrible stories about OZ FEST so I would say 13 is too young for this type of music. But that is just me, I don't know "your" 13 year old maybe they are more mature then most.

I was 16 years old and I went to see Loggins and Messena, Fleetwood Mac and the headliner was the Eagles.

It was a bicentennial concert in 1976 and it was $16.00 per ticket.

I was 15 when I went to see Motley Crue. It was awesome. Take your 13 year old. It will be a blast.

In 1994, my mom took me to a concert with her to see Alan Jackson, Trisha Yearwood, and Randy Travis. I still kind of remember it, even though I was only 3 at the time!

Gosh. I remember seeing Peter, Paul, and Mary with Jim Croce as the warmup act. I think I was 13.
