I watched the first look on E4.
it was left on a cliffhanger, presumably Justin could have been allowed to run away. Change identity aswell.

Usually if a character is being killed of its leaked before hand that the Actor is leaving the programme, I've heard nothing about Chris Fountain leaving so I highly doubt that Justin is dead.
