I don't think so. You might have to sue them but I don't think so. Seeing as it's still a non-medical procedure (unless in your case it genuinely needs to be done, which I doubt) then even though you're a minor, I don't think they can force you to have it done.
And it's wise of you to not want to do it. There are no benefits and you will probably lose sensation and find masturbating harder.
Everybody gets urinary tract infections once in a while and circumcision doesn't prevent them.
Send me an email and I can try and help you get in touch with some lawyers if necessary. Or you can try and find a lawyer in your town or demand a "guardian ad litem" (they look after your interests' - not your parents' or anyone else's).
If they do force it, make a HUGE fuss and get physical at the time. Tell the doctor you won't want it. No doctor would do it; they could lose their licence or be sued later.

circumcision is optional. And you're right, it's YOUR penis, not theirs. That is a very private part of your body, and I'm not sure why they'd want to get you circumcised. To the best of my knowledge, being uncircumcised really doesn't give you UTIs. Some people are just more prone to them. I also wonder why your parents didn't get you circumcised as an infant? Doesn't make sense to me. But tell them that the decision should be yours when you get older, not theirs. They should respect that. I know if I ever have a son, I'm gonna leave that decision to him.

I don't believe so. I can't imagine any doctor taking part in such a thing against your will. Your foreskin probably has nothing to do with you getting urinary tract infections anyway.
This sounds like the same as parents "enlisting" their sons into the Army. It doesn't work that way.

No I don't believe they can unless there is a dire medical reason to do so because they have your power of atourny because your a minor. However they can't do this while your in good health. And as for circumcision, I had to done for a medical reason and I would actually recommend it the couple weeks of pain is worth it for the result, you almost never can get infections, its easier to keep clean and for the most part girls like it better.

probably so. you have to keep it clean in those little nasty folds of skin. to me it looks like an alien coming out, not very attractive at all. doesn't necessarily mean it's more pleasurable either. they are going to give u some good painkillers i bet. u should tell them that they should have done the surgery at birth, your 14 so it was still free back then.

Thats so sad. I am very afraid of needles so I told my parents that if they made me go to the doctor, I would tell the doctor that procedures with needles were against my religion. This might work, considering it is a free country, but with all those "not until your 18" laws, I dont know.
Good luck.

I'm sure that if you're firm enough with the decision and tell the doctor, they might think twice before doing anything to you. However, my brother was circumsized because he got UTIs a lot too, and now it's a lot better. He said that it didn't hurt that much, and it was a pretty quick process. Afterwards, it hurt a bit, but it got better quickly. Consider it, it's probably a good choice for you (if you're getting tired of constant UTIs).

No they can't force you. If you are having infections you should either get circumcised or learn to clean your penis better.

they should not be able to forse you to get it done. Tell the doctor you dont want it done. Do you pull the foreskin back and wash under it each day? i do and so does my son-we dont get a problem with infections.
Talk to yous school counciler and they should be able to help you. They cant make you get it done if you dont want to when you are 14.

No! Tell your parents and your doctor that you're not getting circumsized, you'll be just fine. Tell them that you're staying complete for your future wife's sake...because when you begin to have sex, AFTER YOU'RE MARRIED, she will have a much more pleasurable time sleeping with you. Trust me on that one, uncircumsized is a lot better for the lady. And you are a gentleman, aren't you?
