We are a couple with no child. We've got some join-properties such as house, furnitures, bank account etc
I was wondering:

- How to file?
- What the processes are?
- What requirements do I need?
- How much it will cost?
- With or without a lawyer?
- what will happen with the join-assets?

Answers based on experiences will be greatly appreciated!

You really need to consult a Lawyer.
Generally they will give you a free first time meeting with them.
Here is a list of Attorney's in Ga. I didnt have the town you live in so I wasnt able to be more specific in the search.

Every Lawyer would charge a different fee, everyone is different. Of course the BEST Lawyers charge more money.
