What about Roan? Rowen Wenrich would give him, his friends and teacher problem with the pronunciation.
My vote would be:
Roan Emil Wenrich

I am not crazy about Rowen, but Arthur is a great name. I would flip the names, and make it Arthur Rowen Wenrich. But if you insist on Rowen as the first name, it's Ok - it has a nice flow, and you could certainly do a lot worse. Congrats.

IMO Rowen Wenrich is a bit of a tongue-twister. I do love the name Rowen, but prefer it more for a girl. I have a daughter named Rowan Sage. : )

I like Rowen a lot actually, reminds me a Rowan Atkinson (Mr.Bean actor/comedian..think he spells his name with an "a" instead of an "e"). It sounds very English.
I don't mind Arthur, but it's surely not my personal favorite.
-Rowen James
-Rowen Lee
-Rowen Alexander
-Rowen Allen/Allan/Alan
-Rowen William
-Rowen Stephen/Steven
-Rowen Bradley
-Rowen Jeffrey
-Rowen Winston
-Rowen Daniel
-Rowen Ryan
-Rowen Edward
-Rowen Miller
-Rowen Fraser
-Rowen Wesley
-Rowen Maxwell
-Rowen Brady
-Rowen Marshall
-Rowen David
-Rowen Pierce
-Rowen Tristan
Would give you more ideas, but gotta get back to work.
;)

I like it quite a bit, though Rowen is also used as a girl's name. (Brooke Shield's daughter is Rowan.)
Arthur is one of those strong old-fashioned names due for a comeback. I think it's a great middle name.
