You can make it good by switching from tampons to a menstrual cup. They're so great it's like you're not even having your period! Basically, a menstrual cup is a bell-shaped cup that is inserted low into the vagina to catch the menstrual fluid. Later you take it out, dump it, wash it, and re-insert. Very environmentally friendly as they are re-usable for up to 10 years! They never leak because they have a suction protection seal and it makes periods a breeze. You can actually wear white pants on your period now with a menstrual cup - That's how much I trust them! They are also a lot cheaper in the long run (One cup is approximately $30 bucks and it last 10 years! As to where tampons cost approx. $10 per 1 multi-pack box that you buy ONCE A MONTH!) They are also a lot healthier because tampons contain Dioxin, Rayon, and Bleach which are all bad chemicals for the immune and reproductive system. Dioxin is actually potentially carcinogenic with repeated use (Once a month, every month, for 36 years counts as repeated use!) and can lead to cervical cancer in rare cases. Not many women know about this.. It's on the FDA's website if you don't believe me! Best of luck!

I look at Aunt Flo this way:

When it comes, that means I'm healthy, eating right, not stressed, and not pregnant. Plus, it allows me to get foreplay from my boyfriend because the Aunt Flo bit grosses him out. He gets his bjs or hjs while I get the massages and attention to other body parts besides in my undies.

Or it's like faking a headache... Guys won't want to have sex (and will leave you alone) if you are cramping and cranky. They may even bring you a drink or something!
