Life means what you make it mean.

First thing, does life have to have meaning?

I think it is an individual thing. To me, it's learning through formal education, practice, and experience. It's about growing and trying to make the world a better place. It's about connecting with other human beings. It's about recognizing that what we think are truths may not be. We need to look deeper and not take things for granted. I'm trying to be as good of a person as I can be while having a good time and being a positive role model for my stepchildren if they see me as that. I know that we are all interconnected. I respect that.

The meaning of life will be different for each person.

It's about learning from one's mistakes - and helping others to see their mistakes also.

It's about finding your passion in life and using it to a higher purpose.

It's about doing the right thing... not doing the popular thing or doing the easiest thing.

It's about doing something for others because you love them or want to help them... not because there is glory in it or some payback down the road.

And, I think life's meaning will change for us as we age. When young you will be trying to find your purpose. When older, you'll be trying to find a way to share your knowledge and wisdom to benefit others.

We are only here for a short time. We need to make it as meaningful as possible - and that is accomplished when we know we have done something for another person and it made a difference in their lives.

Row, row, row your boat
Gently down the stream,
Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily
Life is but a dream....

That is how it feels....

I think it all depends on you. You're here to make your own reason to live. This is a question that can't be really answered, 'cause everyone has different idea about it. Maybe everyone has a special role in life, well, I believe so

To give the answer that many millions have been wasted on this question would make you a fortune. Therefore, I won't give the answer unless I am guaranteed a share (75%).

Living is the meaning of life.

There is no meaning or purpose to life beyond what we choose to give to it in each and every breath.

This question is often asked here and in other categories. I ask you, "Does it need any meaning?" I think each person has his own idea about what it means or does not mean. try to find one for yourself, and do not allow anyone to force his ideas about it upon you.
