It all depends on the country/location. At any rate, Air transportation is fastest. however, If you are in a volatile environment, and the public has lost confidence in that means of transportation, where the rate of air mishap is high, it will be advisable to go by road or train.
Another factor for consideration is the cost. If you have enough money for the journey, why wastes hours sitting down in a train/bus when u can go by air, and save urself the stress.

Well I would say road, by air is only good on takeoff and landing and turbulence (not to mention the mile high club if flying with my boyfriend). And by rail is not the most exciting option.

Road is like an adventure you see on one of those teen movies. You can have a lot of fun. Trust me, road trips are well worth it.

I like by road coz i can stop over for shopping and food anytime i want. I kind of dislike rail coz it is noisy and i like uncomfortable during the journey. But i would also go for air as my fiance has never travelled by air before and i want him to have the feeling of flying.

That is a tough one! I love to fly, but if it is for a really long time l think I would prefer a road trip. You can stop anywhere you like and take in a lot more. I would love to travel the whole world and see everything.

The road. There is nothing like it. Yeah your butt hurts after a while, but it's all absolutely beautiful. Since there are no constraints, you don't have to worry about gas prices.

Takes greater time to holiday by way of railways. So i assume human beings assume that in the event that they do no longer set off off a communication they gets extremely bored. on the different hand a widely used flight in India ...say from Mumbai to New Delhi takes around only 3 hours and you have a feeling of excitement interior you which you're flying! i could extremely choose our ever so adventurous and prepared (being sarcastic) Indian railways. @P'previous formed, Hmmm...i assume there is a few thing Majestic approximately traveling interior the prepare, incredibly in a alluring usa like India.

I suppose it depends where I was traveling to. Some places you don't have a choice on the mode of transportation. But, given the choice it would be, air, road then rail.

by rail. i could still see a lot of the countryside without having to drive. (i fall asleep at the wheel if i drive more than 80 minutes) now if someone else were going with me and they could do all of the driving, then i would choose road because you can stop where you choose to.
