It's interesting. Here in the US, we are so victorian and prudish in our views of the human body. After spending 4 days in Brazil, & visiting a nude beach, I don't see why people are so hung up on nudity. Granted, certain people should probably not play vollyball in the nude, but hey, that's a given....

I've worked as a surgical tech for 3 years, a tissue retrieval tech for 11 years and a massage therapist for 14 years. I've seen more naked people alive and dead than you would ever hope to count. This sounds corny as h e double hockey sticks, but I really do see beauty in all people. I have the greatest respect for the creation that we all are and I would love to see everybody so comfortable with their bodies that a nude beach would be just a relaxing afternoon. It's too bad so many have to always equate nudity with sex. The more you learn about the body, the more incredible it becomes. So forget the beer commercial babes and quit comparing yourselves to everybody else. I see stretch marks as beautiful badges of honor for what they represent. Hey, let's have an on line beach party this weekend! Sandals only. By the way, ya'll know the difference between naked and nekked? Naked means you have no clothes, nekked means you have no clothes and yur up to somethin'!! peace

No I have been to several nude beaches and prefer to go only to nude beaches because ppl there are actually more friendlier and do not have the hangups or inhibitions that textile ppl do at normal beaches, no one is worried about wardrobe malfunctions or what soemone looks like. A nude beach is just like a normal beach except ppl are free to enjoy the sand, water, sun without worry , Nudity is Freedom in mind body and soul, Viva NIF

Even if I looked like a pencil with 2 balloons tied onto it I would not go nude on the beach. I have had two babies and my youngest son weighed 11 pounds at birth. He left my belly looking like a road map....of stretch marks to nowhere. I would not even consider a bikini any longer. Once upon a time I would have had no problem at all with a nude beach, but I have "outgrown" those days. Plus, my husband would never agree to go there with me.

No problem at all. Being nude on the beach is wonderful. I've been to several nude beaches, and resorts, and created a few nude beaches of my own. My wife and I go on vacation to a semi-secluded beach, and are nude the whole time we're there.

Well, from a male perspective, I suppose nude Volleyball is no big deal... but one must take care when swimming in an areas populated by a lot of fish... I could see where a nude male might be considered "bait" to some unwitting fish........

My only problem with going to a nude beach is the problem i have finding one!!!! I would so love an all over tan without having to go to a salon... plus letting it swang as I jog through the waves...OMG that would be awesome!!!!

Once most people try it, they really love it. I was one. I never want to wear a swimsuit again. If people would see that being naked is just not wearing clothes. I would rather see over weight people naked than squeezing into something too small.
I also find naked peopl more relaxed, down to earth, and peace full than the clothes minded people in their oppressive garments.

I've been, and I'd go again. I think pilgrim traveler put it most eloquently. It makes me sad to see so many people who hate their own bodies. And if a fat person (I assume that's who you're talking about) wants to play volleyball, I say, hooray!

Yes, my body is my private property. I don't want a bunch of strangers looking at it. If you wanna go, that's fine, but I'll stay in the car.

Let me put it to you this way:
I am 45 years old, I had triplets last year, by cesarean. I shouldn't be naked anywhere other than the shower, and under the covers with my husband.
