I have a 94 jeep wrangler. I put a 3 1/2 inch suspension lift on it. I lowered the transfer case about an inch. Now I am getting ready to put on shackles that are 1 1/2. will I have problems with my driveline?

You may want to consider a slip yoke eliminator kit for the rear drive shaft. Generally speaking 4" is the max total lift before driveline angles/drive shaft length become an issue.

will depend on driveline angles. i would be willing to bet that with the additional 1.5" that you will have concerns. may have to order a longer pair of driveshafts....
we had one here that had a 3 or 4" lift that did lower the tcase and it had a slight vibration by just that.

Probably, there are a lot of specialty shops and web sites that deal with Jeeps. Try to find one of them and ask.
