You can headbang your heart out if it's what you like to do when you're enjoying your music. Sing along, dance a little, play air guitar, whatever you like. Please note, I think you can only technically be grinding if you have a partner to grind on? So at least headbanging you can do on your own, no willing partner needed.

Hey, I still headbang and sing out loud when I listen to my music. I love the bands I listen to!!! I do what I do becasue I like what I like and don't care what other people think.

If you are enjoying your music it's acceptable to show it by any form of dancing, headbanging, etc. no rules when you are rocking out to your favorite tunes!
