We are gooing to Vegas on thurs and i want to know before than if im pregnant it would just be from last week does anyone know how early a blood test from your doct can tell if you are pregnant.

About a week before. Your HCG leves start to rise 7 days before your period. In one week, you should have between 0- 45 on your HCG levels. Blood work is more accurate than the home pee tests. Good luck!

Blood tests are usually right on the money...but if you do a test at home, that will be right too...a week is enough time, get the one that says "early response" on it.

Usually about a week before you miss your period. But they are less accurate than later tests.

It is faster to get a urine test from the pharmacy, they are accurate and detect pretty early.
