i have been trying to get a bad credit loan and everybody who responds always has a yahoo account or another free account which i know better than to think that they are legit so if you know or are a legit lender get back at me asap and please dont suggest prosper been there done that so if your not answering my response please dont leave any smart answers

There are many ways to find a legitimate lender. I would start with a local housing authority.
Check with HUD approved counselors. They will usually have contacts with other lenders in their area.
Check with the Better Business Bureau. Find a Realtor or lender that has a good reputation. Don't go straight to the lender without a referral from someone you feel can honestly lead you in the right direction.

Hello cha245 I know these Lenders But this is the last thing You need to do Coz if You did So You will fall in Dept , Which No One will ever Recommend This for Your Bad Credit , As A Matter of Fact You Add More Bad to Your Credit , any way if You are Sure You can always pay in time then go to Only Best Deals , I am sorry i cant just post the site link here so open Yahoo and type : Only Best Deals now in search results the first line a site called Only Best Deals Open it and check the right green titles about Credit & Loans even if you have Bad Credit , No Problem . . Please do not think you will find a legit lender on Yaqhoo Answers. Check out Prosper.com and get a loan there, its a great site, where a bunch of people lend you small amounts of money, based on an agreed upon interest rate.
Or just go to your local credit union (which is great if you canh), or local bank (less great, as they will charge you a higher rate). Stay away from credit cards or payday lenders or you will be in the poorhouse permanently.

If Prosper didn't work for you, don't count on finding any legit lender here. It could be that your credit just is too bad to get a loan.
Find other ways to get the money. Have a garage sale, sell your blood/plasma, get a second job -- pizza delivery is flexible.
