Alright, I'll make my answer sweet and short for you so it goes right to the point. When a woman wants to stay away from you just because she's looking more "sexier" or "beautiful" means a lot of BAD THINGS. And if she says that you don't excite her anymore... all those things are pointing to one direction: She's going to leave you for someone OR because she lost weight and feels confident now, she feels that she's too good for you. She's not going to care about how long you two have been together. When a woman is presented a new "meal" (know what I mean?) she won't want to eat the same old "meal" she's been eating for 23 years. Do you get it? This may be hard... but try to give her space and see what happens.

Any sort of relationship "exit". It's an activity that takes energey away from the relationship and that creates a barrier between the partners.
For example, shipbuilding or having a girl's night out is fine by themselves; if they are activities being pursued to avoid interacting with an issue or loved one, then they become exits.

Ignore, laugh, giggle, enhance...YES.
But not kill the intimacy...
There is only one reason I can think of...

The pointless phone calls from the Boyfriend's mom or dad telling us that they went out for dinner ha ha ha...those always kill us but it's kinda funny.
