I complain about bush a lot. Often when I complain, as a liberal, I get called the equivalent of a "traitor". So my question was when a conservative says bad things about bush, is he a traitor too?
What my question did though was show how shallow liberals think. Not the answer I was looking for. Can't you see beyond what is just too obvious?

This is not a dictatorship. Any citizen is free to complain about President Bush, and it doesn't make them a traitor. You might want to review the Constitution. Have you ever heard of free speech? You sound like a far right conservative, so the concept may have become alien to you, but we haven't done away with it yet.

EDIT: Unfortunately, you did not ask the question that way. That would have made all the difference in the world. I'm not a liberal, but there was adequate reason to think you are a far right conservative by the way you stated the question. Don't blame us for taking it exactly the way it was written.

He didn't complain, he offered his OPINION on what the war is all about. News Flash, Republicans have difference of opinions too. For instance, I bet not all Republicans are Michigan Wolverines Fans like I am.... does that make me a traitor? Get a grip and use a capital letter when typing a name.

He's not a traitor, but he is a hypocrite. He criticizes Bush for running up big deficits, but only because Bush is so unpopular that conservative leaders are distancing themselves from him. But Ronald Reagan also ran up enormous deficits, tripling the entire national debt during his presidency, and Greenspan never criticized Reagan because he was popular.

Not by my standards but by the standards set by the right he would be. To them anyone that doesn't drink the Bush Kool-aid is a traitor.

He's never amounted to much as a Republican except shoot his mouth off while forgetting his role in it all.

Absolutely not. Opinions are not treason.

But I'm sure the bushbots will be goose-stepping out shortly to denounce the unbeliever and glorify der Fuehrer.
