Laptops do not have graphics cards, they have graphics chips integrated onto the motherboard. So the answer if no.

Okay, there are a few very expensive exceptions but you would know if you had one.

95% of the time, no.

Some of the most expensive models and the boutique models like Alienware Area-51m and so on have video as a separate module, but those modules are hardly "graphics cards" that you can buy in a store. They're custom made for the model/series of laptop / notebooks, and only available from the original system seller (or the maker), and thus, it'll cost several times the cost of the equivalent desktop graphics card.

For exactly the same one! Probably. Although it may be soldered to the board or even be an integral part of the mother board.
So I guess that is not what you want to do.
So the answer is no, not worth it, Ebay it and buy a new one.
