In Vietnam, last week.... I was on holidays there, and I bought 2 pairs of glasses for $100 Australian! NICE

I wear glasses because I have a weak eye, but it has been 3 yrs since my last exam. I really really need to make an appointment because I have insurance to help pay my bill. There are no excuses when you know the condition of your eyes. Last I heard my sight was around 20/200. My left eye is almost useless so I need to take care of them. Thanks for the reminder.

About 2 years ago - they said I was experiencing eye strain because I spend most of my day looking at a computer screen. The Optometrist recommended that I look out a window several times a day and focus on something in the distance, so that my eyes can refocus. It worked! Problem solved!
