Here is my opinion - and it is only one opinion.

I believe knowledge is an accumulation of facts and information which is available to any who is willing to study.

I believe learning is the acquiring of knowledge and using it appropiately.

There are lots of answers to fill in the blanks. You are being asked to state your teaching philosophy and there are many. Hopefully you have developed one or will during this exercise. I will include some websites so you can see some examples. But the answers to this should truly come from you.
