Hi,
It really depends on who's being the Misery. Some people just love to moan and aren't happy unless they've got something to complain about. Others who are miserable prefer not to give their misery any company. I agree with you, the less people who know and the less it is talked about, the less reminders there will be later when it's best all forgotten about.

Because there is the possibility that misery needs to have company to survive and if we flushed it out of our system the best way we need to know how then it will go away.
