Yes. I thought it was a fairly effective horror flick, especially when this pretty blonde finds herself in a black housing project inside a public mensroom with turds all stuck to the walls in order to meet the Candyman.
Some more fairly disgusting and shocking scenes.

Yes! I remember being freaked out when I was in 9th grade by that movie. There was a tall african american guy who was brutually killed by bees, wasn't it? They spread honey on him and let the bees come and get him. And if you say his name three times in a mirror, he'll appear. I've seen it at the library recently. But you're right, I haven't seen it at the movie places in a long time.

Yes I remember it. There were also two sequels which weren't nearly as good as the first. You can usually find it in the horror section.
