if it's internet explorer 7 just take a look down in the bottom right corner. the button there should say 100%, if not you can click the drop-down arrow and change it back!

On your menu go to View>Text Size>Normal

on the top of ie, click on "view", then click on "text size". from there you can put it to the size you want, good luck.
