brother the problem here is that u both are not interacting with eachother to the extent u should.so the answer to ur problem is better understanding between the both of u. if u understand eachother in a better way i think u can propose her and that would be much easier bcoz u would know wat her answer would be as u will understand eachother by that time.so best of luck . i will pray for u. bye and take care.

you can try dropping hints that you wanna talk, if you're hesitant to approach her directly try picking up a distant topic related to some subject @ skool or summin just be more around her, its a nice feeling thinking 'bout someone get to know her more, exchange chat ids and go on from there. you might discover a new friend and once you gt to know her you'd kno whether to ask her out and how .. :) all the best
