Consider that jealousy is, at it's root, a struggle for power over those you can't control. It might not feel like it, but the will of a jealous person is no different than a dictator or rapist. The difference is only in the actions you take and the specific emotions that you feel. Is that the kind of person you are, and/or want to be? It is what it is., so let bygones be bygones.

Make your self better. Live your life to its fullest.Learn something,be more optimistic, and out going. So if there is someone who better than you at something, you know you tried your best, and hopefully you would have other things you would be proud of.

You have to learn and train yourself to accept you as you are, and you cannot compare yourself to others, just be appreciated for the things you have and what you can offer. : )
