Is that it?
It's about as low-end as you can get.
If you tried to sell it, you're looking at maybe $200 if you find a schmoe. Take it to a pawnshop and you'd be lucky to get $100.

SR-1603 is the bundle of monitor (and 2 speakers), and the CPU. Your monitor is an older 17" CRT, and everyone want LCD nowadays.
Maybe $100-150 tax credit if you donate it to Salvation Army or Goodwill Industries. Even new in the box that would barely cost $200. Used, I'd say $100 at most, and I personally wouldn't even bother buying it.
Keep around as backup or turn it into a Linux server/firewall.

Maybe $150. Donate it to Goodwill, they will give you a receipt so you can put it as a donation in your taxes. My local goodwill gives me a receipt with the amount line blank...I just write in the maximum the stuff it's worth. In your case I would write $200.
