Hi,
Mythical creature: The Phoenix which dies every night and is reborn the next morning. This symbolizes rebirth and hope.
Mythical characters:
I can’t decide between Demeter and Persephone, her daughter. Demeter’s love for her daughter was so strong she wandered the earth in search for her and when she found out what had happened, she withdrew into her loneliness and caused the earth to be barren (winter). When Hades (God of the Underworld) had abducted Persephone. He was made to release her but he made her eat the seeds of a pomegranate which bound her to the underworld forever and she had to stay there one-third of the year. The other months she stayed with her mother. When Perseophone was with Hades, Demeter refused to let anything grow and winter began. This myth is a symbol of the cycles of the seasons and the power of love. Also a symbol of rebirth.

little dwarfs, because I had the fortune of being a child of the sixties, and experienced bigger-than-life many of the full-length Disney classics at the local theatre.
Snow White on the big screen probably did this to me ---
I remember standing up in my crib, middle of the night after waking up in my dark little 1963 bedroom, holding onto the plastic railing in mixed-horror/fascination as a little glow-in-the-dark dwarf was running through my room in front of me. We lived in a small frame-type house, so there were two ways into my bedroom. He would run in thru one door, pause, look around, then run out the other. I recall it was counter-clockwise. He did this two or three more times, and each time as he disappeared to the left, I would excitedly anticipate his return from the right. That little feller could scoot!
Now remember, it was dark, and quiet, and my mom & dad were asleep.
Suddenly, there he appeared again, glowing green, stopped to quickly look around, but----- !!! This time, I broke the silence by giggling a little bit, half-scared but I had to get his attention!! We looked at one another square in the eyes for the first time, and boy was I frightened!! I shook!!
Then, he ran away like before and did not return.
Was this an infant dream? It seemed so real to me at the time. Granted, I wasn't even 3 years old, but it is still a very very VIVID MEMORY as an adult!
Explanation?

Trojan Horse. The Greeks defeated Troy army and burn the city into the ground because the Greeks surprised the Trojans by keeping soldiers inside the wooden giant horse. the Trojans mistake is that they pull the wooden horse inside their city.
