Does anyone know of an abridged summary of the tv show Heroes?

I am interested in the tv show heroes and want to start watching but am looking for an online written "cliff notes" if you will so I can get caught up before the next season. I know you can rent the dvd but not sure I have the time to watch all of them. Thank you for your help.

go to the nbc web site, it will give you offical summary of each episode and you can even watch them
