I go back and forth on this. Sometimes I look back on my life at all the great times and think that it could not get any better than that. And then sometimes I wonder what pleasant surprises life still has to offer.

IF I reach the point where I think that the best of my life has occurred, you can call me OLD ! For, to me, that is the most apt description. When we lose our dreams, when we are not plotting and planning on the next "great thing," when we live in memories, we have past the point of old, we are Ancient!

I am not a fortune teller, I have no idea of what will happen today, let alone tomorrow...but I can guarantee you that, if I so choose, it will be good. That much is within my control. Love and peace, Goldwing

Even tho the silver is coming to my hair and my parts are beginning to rust, I would NEVER go back to my teens , 20s, 30s. Maybe my 40s. I am comfortable in my skin, even though it's sagging a bit more in places I wish it wouldn't , I'm pretty content with my life as it's progressing now. I'm a post menopausal woman and no longer worry what others say or think about me . What ya sees is what ya gets and if you got a problem with it it is YOUR problem not mine.

So I guess I'm looking forward and keepin on keepin on.

I would say a bit of both. Even though I am in my 60's, I
feel that the present is one of the best times of all. I wouldn't
want to be a teenager again. I am looking forward to the
future, and what it may bring.

I'm thinking my best years are waiting for me. After I heal from my upcoming knee surgery I will be able to get back to the gym and get back into shape again. I'll be able to do so many things that I enjoy doing that, due to pain, I haven't been able to do, for quite some time. I can't wait!

Ahead of me, for sure. I finally started making some smart decisions, and it took a long time to make up for the stupid decisions, but now its all paying off, and the future is looking bright indeed.

......they're right now!...'cause this is the only time I have, until I am blessed to have another moment, hour,. day, week, month or year

Some past memories are just awesome and then there are some I don't wish to relive...Yes, I have dreams for the future, but don't live in it...just profoundly grateful to be here :-)
