How about french toast sticks. I know, they are similar to pancakes, but they do taste different. Also, you can add stuff like some peanut butter to them. Another item is to dice up some soft fruits like banana's and strawberries. Those are good together. You can maybe even try some sausage crumbles mixed in with some scrambled egg. That sounds yummy. Just be sure that you drain the sausage before you add to egg. Or, if you don't want to add sausage, just make scrambled eggs. Make the egg pieces big enough to grab onto, but small enough to where they won't choke on it.

I have included some links that have some good ideas.

Cereal, french toast, eggs, waffles, hashbrowns, fruit, oatmeal. My son is 16 months now so he can eat the bacon and sausage but you can get the little breakfast meals for like a buck in the frozen isle it has the pancakes and bacon with eggs or american potatoes and frech toast. DIffer things like that. They are all soft enough where your child should be fine.

Here are some excellent ideas that my kids LOVED when they were growing up....

French Toast Sticks (make french toast and then slice it into 4 even sticks). Let them dip it in syrup.

String cheese (always a great handy snack)

Tater-tots

Granola balls (a small ball of cream cheese rolled honey and then a mixture of granola, cheerios and cinnamon & sugar). Refrigerate or free and serve.

NOah likes bananas, yogurt, eggs, pancakes, cheerios, and any type of bread (toast, graham crackers, saltines). He loves grilled cheese (breakfast or lunch). And, he just started eating beans (black and lima) for dinner.

My son loves pancakes too--try adding fruit to them--blueberries, strawberries, apples, bananas. Waffles, toast with jelly, french toast (made with egg yokes only--no whites until 1 yr) , omlet (again only egg yokes).
