Try looking for banquet facilities first in the locals' casinos (i.e.: Stations, Coast, etc.) Followed by country clubs. Pricing depends on the location that you choose and the menu. And remember, if it's a small amount of people, places will charge a fee for small parties tacked on to menu pricing and other things you want.

Why not go to an Americna Legion or Elks lodge.
You will have a great time and save lots of $$$$$$$
That is a way it is done back East and works great

I went to a luncheon 3 weeks ago at Santa Fe and was pleasantly surprised. Nice room, good food and good service. It was set up buffet style.
