No, I would not let you rot but it depends on the severity of the offense and the amount of bail that has to be posted before you get out.

Depends. If you're in for murder or something terrible like that, I would be really sad, but not bail you out. If it was something like speeding or whatever, I would bail you out in a second flat and you could worry about the money when you could afford it. Really, that's what friends do.
