Taya, Keira, Callum, Connor, Hailey, Rueben, Micah, Jasmine.... They are all either the traditional spellings or the easiest to pronounce. I don't care for Jasmine spelled funny, especially with z's and y's. It is a beautiful name and I think it diminishes the beauty of it by mangling it.

Taya (Thea will be pronounced as The-a)
Keira or Kiera(Ciara will be pronounced as See-air-a, and Kiera may be pronounced as Key-air-a)
Callum (this name might be pronounced as Kay-lum)
Connor
Hailey (I would stick with the typical spelling of this one as people will always want to spell it this way)
Ruben
Micah
Jasmine (see the comments for Hailey)

Personally, I think the other spellings are going to be either mispronounced, or, they will be spelled wrong most of the time (by others). I am a firm believer in going with what comes naturally.

Good luck :~)

I figure that if you want people to pronounce it the way you do...you have to literally spell it out for them. So pick the spelling that a stranger would see and be most likely to say correctly (according to you). So keep that in mind when your pick a spelling and which letters to use. Kiera versus Ciara is a tricky situation since people will say those completely different. So watch out!
