So I got on ebay and bought a "mint in the box" 60g ipod video. I did the whole add itunes thing, but no computer will recognize something is plugged in to the usb port when I plug it in (I tried two cables). So I tried to use the disk that was included to install the device, but one computer does not recognize there is even a friggin disk in the drive, and the other freezes each time it begins to install. I'm going crazy and all I wanna do is rock out to my tunes. Any advice?

Go to the itunes help center online. They are helpful and you can view question asked by other people to see if there was a similar problem reported. Or you could call Apple and get some help over the phone. It may not be your Ipod it may be your computer though.

If it come from overseas its probilly a knock off of ipod and ipod dealers will not work on it. If it is you will have to upload your music after you change it to a file ipod will reconize. Then open the ipod fron windows and load from there. Look on the back of your ipod if the 60g is a sticker it is a knock off if its lazered in its an ipod.
