NY Giants - Tom Coughlin Not a bad coach for a young team or an expansion team; but he's had enough chances with a fairly talented squad. It was remarkable he was given another chance this year after all the 2nd half implosions. NYG should make the playoffs since they have a 2 game lead in the WC race in the weak NFC; but they have not beaten a single team with a winning record (DET was 6-3 when they played, but that's it). For me, Coughlin has to at least win one playoff game to even be considered to coach again next year.

Coach Bill Belichick. Hands down. Regardless of "videogate." He is the winningest coach in the league right now. He is genius with the handling of his team on and off the field. Players will take pay cuts to play for him! There is no professional sports teams that can say that in this age of money hugary athletes. They take those pay cuts because they don't want to be part of a losing team. They will take the ring over a salary bonus!!!!!!!
