I am single and waiting for God to send me the love of my life to me. He'll let me find her when it is time.

It depends on their age I think. It's fun being single when you're young, but when I hit my late 30's it can be a lonely feeling. I was single for a long time before I got married, and I wouldn't change anything. I'm definitely happier now than when I was single and this is seven years into the marriage.

It depends on the person. I'm happily married, and I'm pretty sure my wife would say the same. My neighbor who just moved in across the street was in the process of getting a divorce from her husband. This Friday, her son found his father (her husband) in his garage. He hanged himself.
That guy was certainly unhappy with the thought of being single. Some people are equally unhappy being married and get a divorce or kill their spouse.

If they have been married before, then yes. However, if you have never been married or in a serious relationship you could never appreciate being single.
