I'm aware of one example from 1990: "Debbie Gibson - Whose World Is It?," performed live during the UNICEF benefit concert "Earth 90: Children and the Environment." This piece has never been recorded to my knowledge; I didn't have the cable channel that aired this event at the time and am unable to find an archive thereof. The song cited was performed at the Brooklyn Academy of Music as part of the teleconcert, which involved multiple artists from seven venues.
