I did. But my mom didn't, so all I got were hand me down Barbies.

I absolutely loved Barbies. I was always playing with my Barbies. There was nothing else like it in the world. Now, that I'm grown up I have 2 collectible ones and plan on adding to my collection in the future.

I did! I am 29 and still get the holiday Barbie every year. But these stay in the box. I also have a few other ones that stay in the box! Some things you just cannot grow out of!

Me, I used to love collecting different pairs of Barbie shoes. I had the Barbie horse and sports car. My dad made me an apartment for her, which was basically a cardboard box with dividers inside for the rooms. I only had one armchair so I used to make the furniture from cardboard boxes and yoghurt pots. I remember sticking three match boxes together for a chest of drawers!!!

Loved...as in past tense?? I'm in my 30's and I collect Barbies. I was obsessed with them as a kid and my mother kept nagging me to get rid of them. You can guess how well that worked!
