Does a bad chest cold do any harm to my baby 34 1/2 weeks pregnant ?

Not as long as your fever doesn't go too high. Have you been to the dr.? You may need an antibiotic.

The cold itself won't harm the baby. If you have a fever, you should see a doc. Try to limit the cold meds you take, though.

USUALLY A COLD WON'T HAVE ANY EFFECT ON YOUR BABY BUT GO TO THE DR TO SEE WHAT YOU CAN TAKE THAT WON'T HARM HIM/HER
