They are, I believe, from the 70's and sound almost like The Doors.
This group maybe had one hit and for the life of me, I cannot remember them name of them.

Some have compared the Stranglers to the Doors - they were a 70s (80s and 90s!) band that used keyboards to similar effect. I would say 'Golden Brown' could be that one hit you may be thinking of...

If you go to pandora.com they will play the Doors and other bands that sound like them for you. Maybe you might come across it there.

I think I know who you are talking about. In fact, I always thought they were the Doors... I can't recall who either. If I remember, I'll get back to you!
