Set the account to be a member of the guest group ONLY for both domain and local level.

Set your user up on the network with a user account. Go to the workstation and login with the account. Next Click Start -> Settings -> Control Panel. Scroll down to User accounts. (If at any point you are unable to do this, then log out and login to the workstation as administrator) Find the user account, highlight it and click properties. In the next window click the tab "Group Membership" and select "Restricted User". Click apply/ok to accept the changes.
