Most will. Helium is a very small atom. It can find its way through pores in the rubber balloon, or through the knot. Mylar balloons will work better, but they're expensive.

One other option - you can rent a tank of helium, and inflate the balloons yourself. Check around - some dept. stores or card shops might have the tanks in their gift card aisle. Commercial balloon suppliers may have them, too.

American Greetings used to have a product called something like hi-float. When added to latex balloons it makes them last longer. I can't remember the exact name, but you could always ask about it. It's a gel-like substance and it really does work. Just ask whereever you are getting them from if they have any way to make them last longer.

The mylar ones will, but the regular rubber or latex balloons will gradually lose their helium, and become soggy.

Well if you fill them really full, (Without them popping) then they should last.
Unless you have a cat like mine who love destroying balloons!!
