If there are maggots present in the meat, then, possibly pouring coke over it could coax the maggots out.
If a fly hasn't laid it's eggs on the meat in the first place then nothing will coax maggots or eggs out of it.

in an experiment we had way back in highschool, if you exposed a meat in the air without cover, even without coke, it will have a maggot.
additional info, have you tasted a meat barbecue that has been marinated in sprite for more than 2 hours?
It does taste good.
