You need to check the year, for a fact, and you may need to know what time of day and the location to determine whether the sun was in Gemini or Cancer when a person is born June 20-22.

I am a serious astrologer and have just looked in my ephemeris for you. It isn't true that the year doesn't matter, when you are as close to the cusp as you are, it does. You are however, a Gemini, unless you were born close to midnight on the 21st, when you may be Cancer. The sun moved into Cancer at around 23:30. Your moon is in either Saggitarius or Capricorn, again depending upon what time you were born that day.

You could be a Cancer, it just depends on what time you were born,the year and where you were born. If the sun already moved into Cancer that day, then you're a Cancer, if not then a Gemini.

I'd like to add that my Uncle was born on June 21st, and he is a Cancer. I did his chart and in 1960, the sun was in Cancer by the time he was born.

Despite what all these experts say, you are most likely Cancer, especially if you were born late in the day/at night.
Solstice is the day the sun changes signs.
You need to go to one of those free chart sites and put in your date/time/place of birth and then you'll know for sure.
