Do you have any ideas on what I will draw in relevance to the theme?

I'd divide the poster into 2 panels. On one I'd just make a black and white line drawing of a beautiful outdoor scene (trees, flowers, birds, butterflies, etc.) I'd title this section "Life is Good"

Then I'd redraw the same scene in vibrant colors, with perhaps a dripping art brush superimposed in the corner of the scene, and title this panel "Make it More Colorful". Good luck. Hope you win.

Seems like a personal thing to me...what makes "life good" to you? Draw on your own personal life inspiration....design and art can be subjective sometimes....as vague as the topic is, and while i don't believe in entering free design contests - I believe it cheapens the graphic design industry...but...if your a designer then you shouldn't have a problem coming up w/ something! :)

Again, draw from your own life....you like a lot of color...so experiement w/ colors that refer to life....green is a rich in life color....plant life....and so on...visit some sites that relate to color and color theory....that should help get you started!

But you shouldn't take ideas from other people...what point is that anyways? It needs to come from you, thats the point of being a designer....taking YOUR IDEAS not someone elses! (unless you work on a design team, or it is for a client w/ specific needs)! Good luck and have fun, I know you can do it!

I'm with the person who suggested for you to work from your own personal experience. If you had your hearts desire what would that be.

"Life is good" to someone may mean a small piece of bread and some water without germs.
Someone else might want a beautiful swimming pool and lots of friends.

Life is good for me would be when we can all get along without fighting over out differences.

Draw a collage with people really "living." Like have a pic of someone singing on a stage with a crowd watching, A tree in a park with kids flying kites, Someone parasailing, or skiing, or parachuting. Just draw several scenes of people doing really fun, outgoing things. Then color them with extreme brilliant colors. Don't leave any spaces NOT colored.

Good Luck!
