Yes, iron can make you feel just awful. I use Slo Fe which takes a little longer to break down and is easier on your system. It comes in a red box.

Taking iron on an empty stomach can give you severe nausea. It is best to take it with food to decrease this side effect.

If you don't need them, then yes. I do not throw up mine, coz I need all three of them. It is a prescription though. People shouldn't take it without a prescription....

YOU HAVE GOT TO EAT SOMETHING OR YES U CAN VOMIT,OR EVEN FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE TO.
